Attention Music students, if you borrowed instruments or books for the summer, they must be returned to Mrs. Marriott this week, even if you intend to use the instrument for band. Any students interested in being a part of the Concert band or Intermediate band this year, there will be an information meeting tomorrow-Tuesday, September 12th during junior lunch, and senior lunch in room 142. Any student who can already play an instrument and read music is welcome to join, even if you are not enrolled in music class. If you are not sure, please attend the meeting so that you can get all of the information. This will be an exciting year. See Mrs. Marriott in room 142 if you cannot attend the meeting. Attention Golfers……FORE! The SJC golf team in commencing. Please pick up your information package off of Mr. Weszner in room 237. I repeat….golfers, pick up registration packages from room 237. Cross Country season is here! Any student in grade 9 through grade 12 that would like to participate in cross country practices and races, can pick up a permission form by the gym doors. Practices will begin tomorrow-Tuesday September 12 and will continue on Wednesday and Thursday after school. Meet by the gym doors. Attention all tennis players, the first try-outs will be tomorrow, Tuesday Sept. 12 and Wednesday Sept. 13 from 3:30 until about 4:30, weather permitting. Please meet at the Dufferin Tennis Club and remember to bring running shoes, athletic clothing including a hat, and a racquet. See you there, Ms. Cupoli. Attention all senior boys interested in trying out for the senior boys volleyball team, tryouts are tonight at 3:15, Tuesday at 3:15 and Wednesday at 7:00 am.
