All students who got their pictures done on retake day your student cards and photo packages are in.  Please come to the Main office to pick it up.

Good morning SJC swimmers.  If you have not already done so, please pick up a consent form, have it signed and return it to either Mr. Perras or Mrs. Bowen before you begin practices on Monday, October 30th.  The forms, along with a calendar of events, can be found on the door of room 243.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Bowen or Mr. Perras.

Shout out to all the student volunteers at the Elimination Draw.  Thank you to all the volunteers who came out to help at the Elimination Draw.  Please come see Ms. Carrieri or Ms. Cupoli this week for your volunteer hours.

Attention Grade 12 students planning to apply to Queens University.  If you would like to be considered as the school nominated applicant for the Queen’s Chancellor’s Scholarship please pick up and complete a preliminary questionnaire in Student Services.  To qualify students must demonstrate superior academic ability, creative and original thinking, involvement in school or community activities and proven leadership qualities.  Questionnaires are due back to Student Services by Friday, November 3rd.

Attention all grade 9 homeroom classes.  Take Our Kids to Work consent forms and Safety quizzes are due today.  Teachers, please send your packages up to the Co-op office in Room 241.

Good morning SJC Writers, this is a reminder that SJC’s Writing Club is meeting again on Monday, October 30th in the Library.  As before, we will have two meetings, one during junior lunch and another during senior lunch.  Bring your works in progress and be prepared to share.
