Attention all boys wanting to try out for the varsity boys soccer team, try outs begin tomorrow-Thursday, March 1st at 5 pm in the gym. Permission forms must be obtained and signed prior to practice. Forms can be picked up outside the gym or from Mr. Pomponio.
All students traveling to France and Italy with Madame D’Eramo over the March Break are required to attend a meeting in room 210 on Tuesday, March 6th during either the junior lunch or the senior lunch. You are required to attend as final details and instructions regarding our departure will be discussed.
Girls’ hockey team must return their school hockey jerseys to Mrs. Elliott today and tomorrow. Drop them off in the girls Phys. Ed. Office.
Attention potential graduates, reminder that the Bursaries and Award Applications are due by 3:00 p.m. today in Student Services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Attention concert band students, permission forms for festival are due immediately. See Mrs. Marriott today if you need a new form. This week’s rehearsal is the last one before festival. Attendance is mandatory. Also, students going to Halifax need to pick up the final payment letter from Mrs. Marriott today, if they have not already done so.
Attention all girls interested in trying out for the Varsity Girls Soccer Tryouts. You must sign up, grab a memo and a permission form from Mr. DeProsperis on Thursday or Friday of this week. Grade 9 and 10’s please find Mr. DeProsperis outside gym doors both days at 8:40 a.m. Grade 11 and 12’s please find Mr. DeProsperis in portable 7 at the beginning of senior lunch both days. Once again any girls interested in trying out for varsity girls soccer you must sign up, grab a memo and a permission form from Mr. DeProsperis on Thursday or Friday of this week.
Boys Rugby tryouts begin this week in the gym. Junior Boys have their first tryout tomorrow-Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Senior boys’ tryouts begin tomorrow-Thursday at 8:00 p.m. Midget boys’ rugby tryouts are this Friday at 3:15 p.m. All rugby players should wear running shoes, shorts, t-shirt and have a mouth guard.
Attention members of the senior boys’ basketball team, all uniform pieces must be washed and returned to Mrs. Ronson in room 141 by this Friday.
Attention SJC girls, don’t miss out on the Dream It, Be It Career conference on Saturday, April 7th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Lunch provided, transportation pick up and door prizes and Keynote speaker in Annaleise Carr. Seating is limited, pre-register at soroptimistgranderie.ca. SHAC will be meeting tomorrow-Thursday at lunch in the library.
This is a reminder that junior girls’ rugby tryouts start tomorrow-Thursday at 7:20 a.m. sharp. All that are interested are welcome to show up with running shoes and a signed permission form. If you still need a form they can be found outside of room 149.
