Attention all grade 11 & 12 students, the full disclosure date is tomorrow-Wednesday, May 8th, 2019. Full disclosure applies to grade 11 & 12 courses. Withdrawals/drops do not show on your transcript if they are dropped before the five instructional days following the first report card. Withdrawals/drops from grade 11 & 12 course will appear on your transcript if they are dropped after Wednesday. If you have any questions or concerns, please see your guidance counsellor immediately.
Tickets for our Spring Musical, Bring It On, are now on sale in the Main Office. Adults $15.00, Students and Seniors $10.00. That’s a bargain indeed.
Attention all students who have picked up information regarding the France/Italy trip over the March Break next year with the Modern Languages Department, please submit your first payment and the Application form as soon as possible to secure your spot. Attention all students wishing to attend the annual dinner meeting of Le Club Francais at Holy Trinity on Thursday, May 30th right after school. This is our annual dinner where all students of all our three high schools French Clubs meet and share a French meal together. Please see Madame in room 210 to sign up and for more information. We will be taking a bus and we will be returning by 6:15 p.m.
Attention all students interested in attending a meeting of Le Club Francais. There will be a meeting during both lunches on Tuesday, May 14th in room 210. Our guest speaker is our very own SJC RISE student, Lisa Tesson, who was born in France, lived in Montreal and Virginia, and is now an SJC RISE student. Please sign up on the door of room 210 so that arrangements can be made based on the number of students attending.
The girl’s rugby team had a long day playing in Guelph last week, however their perseverance paid off. Both the senior and junior teams finished second in their respective pools. Emmalyn S., Catherine R., Isabelle J., Macey F., Kendra P., Aliyah R., Karolina K., Ave M. and Abby R. all got your eagles on the score board. Amazing defensive work was done by Gianna C., Sophie F., Kyla C. and Leenah R. And a special shout out to Kai S. who found her feet in Guelph. Awesome job ladies.
