Student Awards and Recognition

SJC STUDENT OF THE MONTH

This award recognizes student achievements and contributions to our school.  This award is given monthly to four students who have demonstrated excellence in any one or more of the following categories:

Christian Leadership

These students consistently demonstrate a Christian attitude in their relationships with others.  They may be recognized for acts of kindness, helping efforts, or other noteworthy achievements.

School Citizenship

These students are respectful of school and classroom rules.  They have excellent attendance records, arrive daily on time, prepared for class and in full uniform.  These students are  co-operative and help make the school a positive environment.

Academic Achievement

These students consistently put forth their best effort and have made excellent progress in course work.

Involvement

These students exemplify school spirit through their participation in varied activities that contribute to the common good of the school.  These students have also given of their time to community programs.
