Grad Photo Retake Appointment dates and times are now available through Edge Imaging’s online booking system and are scheduled for March 8th and 9th. Any boys in grade 11 or 12 interested in trying out for the Senior Boys Rugby team, there is an important meeting this week on Thursday in room 112 at the beginning of Senior lunch.

Concert band will resume today after school. Practice will take place in the cafeteria from 3:15 – 4:45.
The Canadian Cancer Society is offering a virtual volunteer fair this evening, Wednesday, February 23rd at 7 pm. They will cover a variety of volunteer opportunities for students from event planning to advocacy. Go to cancer.ca/volunteerfair for more information.
Eco-club will be meeting today-Wednesday. Please note that there will be a room change from last semester. Junior lunch meeting will be in Room 166 and Senior lunch meeting will be in Room 161. New members are always welcome.

The St. John’s girls’ varsity hockey team played against BCI on Monday at the Gretzky Centre. Olivia B. managed to score a goal in Period 3 and they tied against BCI with a score of 1-1. Let’s go Eagles!

Attention grade 12 students looking for scholarship opportunities, please visit the bulletin board outside of Student Services to view Western University’s National Indigenous Scholarship Program poster. Applications are due March 14, 2022.
Attention grade 11 students with financial need interested in applying for a Horatio Alger Association scholarship. Please see the poster on the bulletin board outside of Student Services for details. Applications are due March 15, 2022.
Attention Grade 12 female potential graduates. The Canadian Federation of University Women Brantford (CFUW) has a $1,000.00 scholarship for females who have achieved an average of 85% or higher based on 6 credits for entrance to post-secondary education programs. To qualify, you must have demonstrated involvement in and commitment to extracurricular activities or community volunteering and or employment. The final selection will be based on non-academic criteria as indicated on the application form. Please stop by Student Services to pick up a green application form. Applications are due in April.
